Before starting, print a copy of your Outlook Calendar (if you use Outlook for calendaring) to have as a backup.

The procedure refers to these links which should be run in this order:
1. Microsoft Genuine Validation Tool
2. Windows XP SP2 Patch
If you have Exchange server don't do #3 until we notify you that server side has been completed. If you don't have Exchange, carry on!
3. Outlook Updating Tool (TZMove) + TZMove Hotfix
